$600 deposit is required to secure a site.
Once lease agreement is paid this amount is converted into your refundable deposit.
Failure to fulfil your lease agreement, will forfeit your site hold / damage deposit.

In order to secure your site please email $600.00. Upon signing and paying your lease agreement in full, this amount will then then be converted into your refundable damage deposit.
