LEASE RATES
• Yearly Renewal Sept 1 – Aug 31 year following
• $3500.00 plus GST – Pro-rated lease terms dependent on move in date
• Lease includes potable water and 400 gallons of septic removal
• Power meter per site, billed monthly based on EPCOR locked rate
• Campground is open and accessible May 1 - Sept 30
• Lease terms are prorated dependent on move in date
• Units stay all year round
• 10 x 12 shed provided on each site

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROLS
• No trailers to be older than 10 years - (units are not grandfathered)
• We do not allow tents, tent trailers (or hybrids), truck campers or motorhomes
• One trailer and family per site
• No sub leasing allowed
• No Boat or ATV Trailer parking is provided
  
- Lakeland Storage (across hwy 831) is set up for RV storage, minimal monthly rates
• Pressure treat wood decks required
• No fencing or dog runs allowed
• Each tenant is required to provide their own PVC holding tank for grey and black water
