LEASE
RATES
• Lease Term from Sept 1 – Aug 31 each year
• Units are left year round
• $3500.00 plus GST – Pro-rated lease terms dependent on move in
date
• 10 x 12 Shed on each site
• Lease includes power, water and 400 gallons of sewage removal (based
on full lease term)
ARCHITECTURAL
CONTROLS
• No trailers to be older than 10 years - (units are not grandfathered)
• We do not allow tents, tent trailers (or hybrids), truck campers or motorhomes
• One trailer and family per site
• No sub leasing allowed
• No boat or ATV trailer parking available (Lakeland Storage is across
hwy 831)
• Pressure treat wood decks required
• No fencing or dog runs allowed
• Each tenant is required to provide their own PVC holding tank for grey
and black water
